Getting married and hosting a wedding is a momentous event in anyone’s life, however it can be a huge expense.

While most families are able to find a way to manage that expense, poor families in Pakistan often just cant bear it.

Alubadia are looking to get women married from a poor background.

What we Provide

The Bridal Support Package provides families the basics to ensure the marriage is done in a dignified manner, in line with cultural norms of Pakistan.

A package typically consists of the following items

1 Large metal storage box (includes suitcase, water bowl, flour box and a bucket)

70 Piece Dinner Set
1 Tawa
1 Saucepan
1 Frying Pan
2 Cooking Pots
1 Large Wardrobe
5 Lady Suits
Food for 100-150 people consisting of pilau rice, sweet rice, curry and roti

What it Costs

The Support Programme costs £900 per marriage although you can donate any amount you wish.
